Territory Manager, Structural Heart - Cardiac Surgery

Responsibilities

• Promote and support Abbott Structural Heart (Surgical Valves division) by developing business growth strategies and risk mitigation plans
• Negotiate customer contracts and elevate market growth opportunities within assigned accounts
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, including interventionalists, echo cardiologists, and CV surgeons, to generate referrals and ensure clinical outcomes
• Partner with local Senior Account Managers to provide clinical case coverage, technical support, and in-service training
• Develop and implement sales strategies by analyzing sales figures, market data, and reimbursement needs
• Maintain compliance with all applicable Abbott Corporate and Divisional Policies and Procedures

Requirements

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience (Life Sciences or Marketing preferred)
• 3-5 years of related work experience
• Experience with products used in interventional cardiology and cardiac surgery
• Familiarity with echo cardiology and other indirect imaging
• Strong organizational, communication, and strategic planning skills
• Ability to travel 50% or more
