About the role

Responsibilities

  • Achieve revenue and profitability targets through the distribution network in the defined region.
  • Manage and coach existing distributors to formulate and execute their growth plans.
  • Identify and develop new areas and platforms to expand the distribution network.
  • Promote new product offerings and special schemes to drive sales growth.
  • Ensure distributor compliance with SKF’s policies and branding guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical Engineering preferred).
  • 5-8 years of experience in distribution management within Industrial Sales or Engineering product sales.
  • Proven experience in managing cement customers.
  • Strong business acumen and financial knowledge.
  • Ability to work independently as an individual contributor or as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in Engineering or Industrial product industries.
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal relationship skills.
  • Expertise in territory management and domain-specific product knowledge.
