About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve commercial sales and growth objectives within the assigned territory.
- Develop local business plans to identify and target retail outlets for product sales opportunities.
- Execute strategies for product and Point of Sale (POS) material placements to optimize market visibility.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with local chains, distributors, and retail clients.
- Execute the 5Ps (presence, pricing, promotion, product, and personal selling) to drive consumer engagement.
- Analyze territory data to identify and negotiate contracts with new retail customer opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Division Manager on sales planning and company product initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience.
- Valid U.S. driver's license and a safe driving record.
- Ability to travel frequently and drive up to 200 miles per day.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks such as climbing, stooping, and kneeling.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a marketing-focused role, specifically in sales, field marketing, or B2B.
- Demonstrated success in a sales representative or territory manager role.
- Geographic mobility for future advancement opportunities across the United States.
