Territory Manager - RespirTech

Responsibilities

• Execute outside sales and territory management, including account management and new business development.
• Identify new opportunities and overcome objections to achieve performance growth goals.
• Perform total office sales calls, product demonstrations, and present clinical evidence to physicians.
• Act as an expert on Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance coverage criteria for InCourage vest therapy.
• Educate healthcare teams on identifying eligible patients and obtaining necessary medical documentation.
• Analyze data to target priority healthcare teams and manage efficient sales call routing.

Requirements

• 3+ years of successful direct field sales, clinical education, or clinical sales support experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (or 7+ years of relevant sales experience).
• Ability to be in the field within the assigned territory 90% of the time.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in durable home medical equipment (DME) sales.
• Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales.
