About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies for key dealers within the Austin-San Antonio corridor to drive market share.
- Plan for monthly, quarterly, and yearly growth while managing the assigned T&E budget.
- Manage administrative duties including scheduling, placing orders, and developing sales presentations.
- Maintain consistent communication with supervisors regarding customer strategies and revenue planning.
- Support Regional Managers with trade show management, training programs, and coaching.
- Perform overnight travel approximately 5-6 days per month to meet customers and develop territory.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or 8 years of commensurate professional experience.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with corporate staff, sales organizations, and customers.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies, processes, and market approaches.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Highly motivated, driven, and extroverted personality.
