Abby Care is building the leading AI-native platform for family-led care. We combine clinical oversight with an AI-powered platform to train, enable, and support family caregivers in delivering high-quality care at home, helping health plans and government partners improve care transparency and outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct field ride-alongs at least 3 days per week to coach reps on clinical messaging and partner engagement
- Manage a pod of 6-8 Territory Reps through rigorous, deal-focused weekly 1:1s
- Inspect Salesforce leads to ensure qualification and advancement
- Own onboarding acceleration to ensure new hires are productive within 30 days
- Remove operational, marketing, or sales obstacles for the team
- Drive the team to meet and exceed company-level sales targets
Requirements
- Must currently reside in New Jersey or Eastern Pennsylvania area
- 5+ years of sales experience with a top 10% individual contributor track record
- 2+ years of management or team lead experience
- Deep understanding of the local healthcare landscape
- Valid Driver's License
