We combine clinical oversight with an AI-powered platform to train, enable, and support family caregivers in delivering high-quality care at home, helping health plans and government partners improve care transparency and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field ride-alongs 3 days per week to coach reps on clinical messaging and partner engagement
• Manage a pod of 6-8 Territory Reps through rigorous, deal-focused weekly 1:1s
• Inspect Salesforce leads to ensure qualification and advancement
• Accelerate onboarding and certification for new hires to reduce time to ramp
• Remove operational, marketing, or sales obstacles for the team
• Ensure the team meets and exceeds company-level targets

Requirements

• Must currently reside in New Jersey or Eastern Pennsylvania area
• 5+ years of sales experience as a top-performing individual contributor
• 2+ years of management or team lead experience
• Deep understanding of the local healthcare landscape
• Valid Driver's License
