About the Company
Nursa is a healthcare platform that directly addresses the severe staffing challenges confronting the U.S. healthcare system by connecting qualified registered nurses (RNs), licensed practical nurses (LPNs), and certified nursing assistants (CNAs) seeking flexible work with facilities in need of help.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle across the territory, including prospecting, building pipeline, and closing new facility partnerships
- Lead reengagement campaigns highlighting new features to support continuity of care
- Maintain and strengthen existing facility relationships as the primary point of contact
- Expand within established group relationships by introducing Nursa to sister facilities
- Partner with Finance, Product, and Marketing teams to support customers and resolve issues
Requirements
- Several years of full-cycle sales or account management experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Experience managing and growing existing client or partner relationships
- Ability to maintain a regular, in-person presence across California, including travel to facilities
- Strong cross-functional communication and relationship-building skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in healthcare, staffing, or marketplace/SaaS
- Experience selling into skilled nursing, assisted living, or memory care facilities
