Responsibilities
- Source and acquire new franchisees within the assigned territory
- Manage and develop relationships with existing franchisees to ensure business growth
- Facilitate smooth onboarding and integration of newly acquired franchisees
- Promote and cross-sell various investment products to franchisees
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in franchisee handling or a similar role
- Proven track record in sales and business development
- Graduate, Post-Graduate, or MBA degree (preferably in finance or marketing)
- Comprehensive understanding of broking, capital markets, and banking sectors
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
