Responsibilities
- Source and acquire new franchisees within the mapped territory to expand the network
- Oversee the development and performance of current franchisees to ensure business growth targets are met
- Facilitate the conversion process for newly acquired franchisees to ensure smooth onboarding
- Promote and cross-sell a range of investment products to new and existing franchisees
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in franchisee handling or a related role
- Graduate, Post-Graduate, or MBA degree
- Strong understanding of broking, capital markets, and banking sectors
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Demonstrated experience in sales, business development, and client management
Preferred Qualifications
- Specialization in finance or marketing
- Age below 35 years
