About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) accounts within the St. Louis territory.
- Drive top-line sales through strategic initiative planning and sell-in opportunities with Key Decision Makers.
- Execute Go-to-Market strategies, product services, and marketing programs to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct regular in-person account visits, distributor calls, and end-user product training.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, distributors, and key end users.
- Utilize Salesforce.com to document work plans, visit logs, and maintain customer data accuracy.
- Analyze sales data to develop strategic growth plans and improve financial performance.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of sales experience in product, commercial, or industrial sales.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% (including overnight travel) to engage with the territory.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of Power BI for data analysis and strategic planning.
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass an MVR screening.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to pass drug and criminal background checks.
