Territory Manager, MEP

Responsibilities

• Manage a territory of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) accounts to drive top-line sales.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with Key Decision Makers, distributors, and end users.
• Execute strategic go-to-market plans, including product training and outside sales "work-withs."
• Achieve sales targets for Power Tools, Hand Tools, Accessories, and Support for key regional chains.
• Utilize Salesforce.com to document work plans, visit logs, and maintain customer data accuracy.
• Analyze sales data to develop strategic growth plans and improve financial performance.
• Manage territory activities including T&E, MAP budgets, and field schedules.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of sales experience in product, commercial, or industrial sales.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% (including overnight travel) to engage with the territory.
• Proficiency in Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of Power BI for data analysis and strategic planning.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass an MVR screening.
• Ability to pass drug and criminal background checks.
