About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) accounts within the St. Louis territory.
  • Drive top-line sales through strategic initiative planning and relationship building with Key Decision Makers.
  • Execute go-to-market strategies, including product service, marketing programs, and targeted funds.
  • Conduct regular in-person visits to distributors, customers, and industry events.
  • Achieve sales targets for power tools, hand tools, accessories, and support for key regional chains.
  • Perform distributor and end-user product training and outside sales "work-withs."
  • Utilize Salesforce.com to document work plans, visit logs, and maintain customer data accuracy.
  • Analyze sales data using Power BI to develop strategic growth plans.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of sales experience in product, commercial, or industrial sales.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% (including overnight travel) to engage with the territory.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com and Power BI.
  • Strong communication skills, including verbal, written, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass an MVR screening.
  • Ability to pass drug and criminal background checks.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
