About the role
Responsibilities
- Prospect new business within Missouri, Kansas, and Nebraska
- Meet or exceed established sales budgets, strategic goals, and KPIs
- Develop and implement strategic prospecting plans
- Act as the primary liaison with retail customers
- Deliver sales and training presentations to retail and National Account locations
- Utilize Salesforce (CRM) to maintain a touch plan for retail customers
- Investigate and resolve customer problems
- Maintain an 80% focus on hunting new business and 20% on account management
Requirements
- 3+ years of sales experience
- 2+ years of new business development (sales hunting) experience
- Ability to travel up to 50% with overnight travel
- Current driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must maintain primary residence within the MO/KS/NE territory
