About the role

Responsibilities

  • Prospect new business within Missouri, Kansas, and Nebraska
  • Meet or exceed established sales budgets, strategic goals, and KPIs
  • Develop and implement strategic prospecting plans
  • Act as the primary liaison with retail customers
  • Deliver sales and training presentations to retail and National Account locations
  • Utilize Salesforce (CRM) to maintain a touch plan for retail customers
  • Investigate and resolve customer problems
  • Maintain an 80% focus on hunting new business and 20% on account management

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience
  • 2+ years of new business development (sales hunting) experience
  • Ability to travel up to 50% with overnight travel
  • Current driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Must maintain primary residence within the MO/KS/NE territory
