About the role

Responsibilities

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by targeting EPs, cardiologists, and healthcare administrators.
  • Develop and execute territory growth plans to drive market penetration and product adoption of the Zio platform.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation and needs assessment to contract closing and onboarding.
  • Deliver data-driven sales presentations communicating the clinical and economic value of iRhythm solutions.
  • Build and maintain deep relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and executive stakeholders.
  • Manage a robust sales pipeline using Salesforce.com to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Customer Success, Marketing, and Payer Relations to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years of successful sales experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years in medical device or healthcare technology sales.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the territory (approximately 4.5 days per week in the field).
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans in complex healthcare environments.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in cardiology, electrophysiology, or working with Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs).
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems.
  • Demonstrated success in launching new territories or displacing competitors through value-based selling.
