About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead territory business strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets and market share growth
- Build and maintain strong consultative partnerships with endocrinologists, primary care physicians, and diabetes educators
- Manage the patient onboarding process to ensure successful technology adoption and improved outcomes
- Execute field sales initiatives and promotional practices aligned with company standards
- Analyze market trends and data to drive informed business decisions and territory prioritization
- Maintain accurate territory insights and customer data within Salesforce
Requirements
- Associate degree
- 5+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success in B2B or life science industries (healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices)
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to travel regularly within the assigned geographic territory
- Ability to lift and transport up to 30 lbs of professional sales samples and literature
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Established professional network of endocrinologists and primary care providers specializing in diabetes
