Territory Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead territory business strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets and market share growth
• Build and maintain strong consultative partnerships with endocrinologists, primary care physicians, and diabetes educators
• Manage the patient onboarding process to ensure successful technology adoption and improved outcomes
• Execute field sales initiatives and promotional practices aligned with company standards
• Analyze market trends and territory data to drive informed business decisions and prioritization
• Maintain accurate territory insights and customer data within Salesforce

Requirements

• Associate degree
• 5+ years of sales experience with a proven track record in B2B or life sciences (healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices)
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to travel regularly within the assigned geographic territory
• Ability to lift and transport up to 30 lbs of professional sales samples and literature

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Established professional network of endocrinologists and primary care providers specializing in diabetes
