Territory Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead territory business strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets and market share growth
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with healthcare professionals, including endocrinologists and diabetes educators
• Manage the patient onboarding process to ensure successful product adoption and clinical success
• Utilize a consultative approach to provide industry, disease, and product expertise to providers
• Analyze market trends and territory data to drive informed business decisions and prioritization
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality customer training and support

Requirements

• Associate degree
• 5+ years of sales experience with a proven track record in B2B or life science industries (healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices)
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory, including occasional overnight travel
• Ability to lift and transport up to 30 lbs of professional sales samples and literature

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Established professional network of endocrinologists and primary care providers specializing in diabetes
