Territory Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead territory business strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets and market share growth
• Foster meaningful partnerships with healthcare professionals, including endocrinologists and diabetes educators
• Manage the patient onboarding process to ensure successful product adoption and clinical success
• Utilize a consultative approach to provide industry, disease, and product expertise to providers
• Analyze market trends and data to drive informed business decisions and territory prioritization
• Maintain accurate data within CRM systems like Salesforce to capture territory insights

Requirements

• Associate degree
• 5+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success
• Experience in B2B or life science industries (healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices)
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory
• Ability to lift and transport up to 30 lbs of professional sales samples and literature

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Established professional network with endocrinologists and primary care providers specializing in diabetes
