Territory Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the territory business strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets and market share growth.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with healthcare professionals, including endocrinologists, primary care physicians, and diabetes educators.
• Manage the patient onboarding process to ensure successful product adoption and clinical success.
• Utilize a consultative approach to provide industry, disease, and product expertise to healthcare providers.
• Analyze market trends and territory data to drive informed business decisions and prioritize high-impact opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality customer training and support.
• Maintain accurate territory data and insights within Salesforce.

Requirements

• Associate degree.
• 5+ years of sales experience with a proven track record in B2B or life science industries (e.g., medical device, pharmaceuticals, or diabetes care).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to travel regularly within the assigned Albuquerque territory.
• Ability to lift, carry, and transport up to 30 lbs of professional sales samples and literature.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Established professional network of endocrinologists and primary care providers specializing in diabetes.
