Territory Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead territory business strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets and market share growth.
• Build and maintain strong consultative partnerships with healthcare providers, including endocrinologists and diabetes educators.
• Manage the patient onboarding process to ensure successful technology adoption and improved patient outcomes.
• Execute field sales initiatives and promotional practices aligned with company standards.
• Analyze market trends and territory data to drive informed business decisions and prioritization.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality customer training and support.
• Maintain accurate territory insights and administrative records within Salesforce.

Requirements

• Associate degree.
• 5+ years of sales experience with a proven track record in B2B or life science industries (e.g., healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to travel regularly within the assigned geographic territory.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 30 lbs of professional sales samples and literature.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Established professional network of endocrinologists and primary care providers specializing in diabetes.
