Territory Manager

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales quotas and market share objectives within the assigned Madrid territory
• Develop and maintain superior relationships with key diabetes decision-makers, including Endocrinologists and CDEs
• Promote the Omnipod product platform through profiling, targeting, and needs analysis
• Conduct customer training programs and demonstrate product proficiency and data management software
• Manage strategic accounts including private practices, large diabetes clinics, and hospital teaching institutions
• Execute field sales activities and sales promotions in accordance with established promotional guidelines
• Coordinate with operational, quality, and customer service teams to ensure seamless customer support

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly within the assigned geographic region
• Ability to carry and transport professional sales samples and literature

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior sales experience in medical devices or the diabetes specialty
• Demonstrated existing relationships with Endocrinologists
• Previous industry, clinical, or diabetes-specific training experience
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
