Territory Manager

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales quotas and market share objectives within the assigned Sevilla territory
• Develop and maintain superior relationships with key diabetes decision-makers, including Endocrinologists and CDEs
• Expand business and brand loyalty within strategic accounts such as private practices, large diabetes clinics, and hospital teaching institutions
• Demonstrate proficiency in Insulet Corporation products and related diabetes management software
• Facilitate and conduct required customer training programs
• Manage sales promotions and execute field sales activities in accordance with promotional guidelines
• Coordinate with operational, quality, and customer service teams to support account needs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience
• Valid driver's license
• Residency in the assigned geographic area
• Ability to travel regularly by car within the territory and perform occasional overnight travel

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior sales experience in medical devices or the diabetes specialty
• Established relationships with Endocrinologists
• Previous industry, clinical, or diabetes-specific training experience
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Ability to manage a territory budget and execute marketing plans in a fast-paced environment
