Territory Manager

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales quotas and market share objectives within the assigned geographic territory
• Develop and maintain superior relationships with key diabetes decision-makers, endocrinologists, and healthcare professionals
• Expand business and brand loyalty within strategic accounts, including private practices, large diabetes clinics, and hospital teaching institutions
• Demonstrate proficiency in discussing and demonstrating Insulet products and related diabetes technology
• Conduct required customer training programs and manage sales promotions
• Execute all field sales activities with professionalism in accordance with established promotional guidelines
• Manage territory budgets and complete administrative duties in a timely fashion

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience
• Valid driver's license
• Residency within the assigned geographic area
• Ability to travel regularly by car within the region

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior sales experience in medical devices or the diabetes specialty
• Demonstrated existing relationships with Endocrinologists
• Prior industry, clinical, or diabetes-specific training experience
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
