Territory Manager

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales quotas and market share objectives within the Castilla Leon and Cantabria territories
• Develop and maintain superior relationships with key diabetes decision-makers, including Endocrinologists and CDEs
• Profile, target, and close sales with healthcare professionals, diabetes institutions, and managed care organizations
• Demonstrate expertise in Insulet Corporation products and related diabetes management software
• Conduct required customer training programs and manage sales promotions
• Execute field sales activities with high professionalism in accordance with established promotional guidelines
• Manage territory budgets and complete all administrative duties in a timely fashion

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience
• Valid driver's license
• Residency within the assigned geographic area
• Ability to travel regularly by car and perform overnight travel (typically 2–5 nights per month)
• Ability to carry and transport professional sales samples and literature

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior sales experience in medical devices or the diabetes specialty
• Established relationships with Endocrinologists
• Previous industry, clinical, or diabetes-specific training experience
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
