Territory Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead commercialization activities to introduce Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) therapy to the assigned territory
• Drive implant growth to achieve sales plans through prompt account activation and efficient patient throughput
• Orchestrate commercial site assessment, selection, and development
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas
• Ensure commercial centers follow patient selection guidelines, implant techniques, and effective therapy methods
• Facilitate local payer education and development processes
• Partner with marketing and sales operations to refine organic and direct-to-patient outreach programs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 2 years of sales experience in the Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry (or 5 years of industry sales experience in lieu of a degree)
• Proficiency with MS Office, including PowerPoint and Excel
• Ability to manage simultaneous priorities and changing deadlines
• Ability to travel within the territory, including overnight stays as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience assisting with the implantation and follow-up of implantable devices
• Experience in market development and building referral programs within the medical industry
• Experience with product launches and account management
