Territory Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead commercialization activities to introduce Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) therapy to the assigned territory.
• Achieve sales plans and therapy awareness milestones through account activation and patient throughput.
• Assess, select, and develop new potential commercial accounts within the territory.
• Ensure commercial centers adhere to patient selection guidelines, implant techniques, and effective therapy methods.
• Facilitate local payer education and development processes.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales operations to enhance organic and direct-to-patient outreach programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry.
• Alternatively, 5 years of Medical Device/Pharma sales experience or 3 years of direct clinical experience with Inspire therapy.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to manage simultaneous priorities and changing deadlines.
• Ability to travel within the territory, including overnight stays as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience assisting with the implantation and follow-up of implantable devices.
• Proven track record in market development and building medical referral programs.
• Experience with product launches and account management.
