Territory Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead commercialization activities to introduce Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) therapy to the assigned sales territory
• Achieve sales plans and therapy awareness milestones by driving implant growth
• Assess, select, and develop new potential accounts and commercial sites within the territory
• Ensure commercial centers adhere to patient selection guidelines, implant techniques, and effective therapy methods
• Facilitate local payer education and development processes
• Collaborate with marketing and sales operations to enhance organic and direct-to-patient outreach programs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry (or 5 years of industry sales experience in lieu of a degree)
• Proficiency with MS Office, including PowerPoint and Excel
• Ability to manage simultaneous priorities and changing deadlines
• Ability to travel within the territory, including overnight stays as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience assisting with the implantation and follow-up of implantable devices
• Experience in market development and building referral programs within the medical industry
• Proven track record with product launches and account management
