Territory Manager in Training

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12-month structured development programme including classroom learning, job shadowing, and coaching.
• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with existing customers through regular service visits.
• Learn to install, maintain, and troubleshoot customer ware washing and laundry systems.
• Identify new business opportunities and grow your assigned territory through sales demonstrations and training.
• Coordinate sales and service activities with internal functions such as Marketing and Customer Service.
• Proactively reach out to potential customers to secure new accounts and build brand presence.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training or equivalent education.
• Experience in customer-facing roles, sales, service, or hospitality environments.
• Basic installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a creative approach to challenges.
• Basic IT skills (experience with CRM is a plus).
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the allocated district and nationwide.
• Eagerness to learn and a motivation to develop a long-term career in Sales and Service.
