About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans to exceed revenue and market penetration goals for Neuromodulation therapies.
- Identify strategies to increase referrals and overcome barriers to the adoption of Abbott therapies.
- Build trust and establish strong rapport with new and existing customers, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and industry leaders.
- Generate additional sales revenue by running initiatives targeted at increasing referrals of eligible patients.
- Monitor competitor sales, prices, and products to maintain market competitiveness.
- Coordinate implanting schedules for aligned Territory Managers and Clinical Specialists.
- Interface and interact with patients up to 50% of the time.
- Manage consigned inventory and perform administrative duties including expense reporting and travel planning.
- Comply with FDA regulations, company policies, and operating procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- 2 or more years of sales experience.
- Ability and willingness to travel within the assigned area on a regular basis.
- Capable of working an unpredictable schedule that may change on short notice.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

- Experience in the medical device industry.
