About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive overall sales and manage customer relationships within the designated region to achieve annual budgets
- Identify new business opportunities, technical requirements, and OEM technology roadmaps
- Provide technical support during pre-installation audits, regular process audits, and troubleshooting activities
- Deliver necessary training to customer personnel regarding process control and maintenance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to ensure high satisfaction
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends and competitor activities
- Prepare and present sales reports, market analysis, and forecasts to senior management
Requirements
- B.E., B.Tech, or M.Sc in Chemistry
- 5+ years of experience in the electroplating industry
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel up to 50% across the country
- Willingness to relocate based on business needs
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the PCB industry
- Background in customer service and technical troubleshooting
