Territory Manager - Heart Rhythm Management Image Guided Therapy Devices

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic business planning to grow the cardiac lead management business and increase physician adoption of Excimer laser technology
• Achieve revenue growth goals by organizing assigned accounts and developing comprehensive territory plans
• Negotiate proposals, offers, and terms with key decision-makers to achieve sales objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Clinical Advisors, Field Service Engineers, and hospital management
• Facilitate account support activities including clinical support, technical service, and implementation of hospital safety procedures
• Travel up to 50% to manage assigned accounts and meet with customers

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in customer relationship and account management within the industry segment
• BA or BS in Business or a similar field, or equivalent education and experience
• Proven knowledge of Excimer laser technology
• Strong clinical and technical knowledge with the ability to present value propositions to key partners
• Ability to manage assigned accounts, budgets, and expense reporting systems
• Experience with pacing technologies, electrophysiology, or related CRM devices is preferred
