Responsibilities
- Execute sales strategies and meet ambitious growth targets within the designated territory
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships through value-based sales
- Act as an on-the-ground representative, sharing field insights with cross-functional teams
Requirements
- Proven experience in value-based sales and customer success
- Deep knowledge of or passion for the beef industry and farm operations
- Ability to manage a large territory with frequent travel required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in upselling and growing existing partnerships
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
- High level of autonomy and ability to thrive under pressure
