Responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and manage the full sales pipeline from lead generation to close
• Meet high-growth sales targets through prospecting, qualifying, and negotiating contracts
• Maintain close customer relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction and post-sales value
• Manage territory ownership by fostering relationships with regional agricultural groups
• Assist in the end-to-end customer onboarding and deployment process
• Gather and share field insights with Product, Support, and R&D teams to drive innovation
• Partner with Support teams to resolve customer issues quickly

Requirements

• Proven track record in value-based sales and territory management
• Experience in the beef industry or a deep passion for learning beef farm operations
• Ability to manage a large territory with a balance of sales and customer success
• Strong problem-solving and collaborative skills
• Willingness to travel frequently within the Taranaki/Whanganui region
• Must live within the Taranaki/Whanganui region
