Territory Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth and execute sales strategies within the Virginia territory
• Prospect new business through outbound lead generation, local auctions, and agricultural associations
• Conduct in-field sales by visiting ranches and engaging with customers in person
• Manage and expand existing customer accounts to increase product adoption
• Meet ambitious sales targets and manage the sales pipeline effectively
• Oversee customer onboarding and deployment to ensure a smooth transition from sales
• Act as the primary point of contact for gathering field feedback to inform product development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and optimize US sales strategy
• Attend industry events and demonstrations to generate leads and deepen relationships

Requirements

• Proven experience in ranching or cattle operations
• Strong background in sales and customer success
• Experience in territory management, ideally within agriculture or technology
• Ability to travel frequently throughout the state of Virginia
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Proactive problem-solving and collaborative mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with precision agriculture or virtual fencing technologies
• Experience in agriculture technology customer-facing roles
• Background in B2B SaaS sales
