Responsibilities
- Drive new business growth through prospecting, outbound lead generation, and attending industry events.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial in-field demonstrations to customer onboarding and deployment.
- Maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
- Act as the primary field contact for gathering customer feedback to inform product development.
Requirements
- Proven experience in ranching or cattle operations.
- Strong background in sales, territory management, and customer success.
- Ability to travel frequently within the Southern California territory.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with precision agriculture or virtual fencing technologies.
- Experience selling SaaS solutions in a B2B environment.
- Background in agriculture technology roles.
