Halter is on a mission to enable farmers and graziers to run the most productive and sustainable operations. Using Halter technology, customers can manage cattle through innovative grazing systems that eliminate the need for quad bikes, dogs, or fences.
Responsibilities
- Execute sales strategies and manage the full sales pipeline from lead generation to close
- Prospect for new leads through outreach, referrals, and industry events
- Meet high-growth sales targets by qualifying and demonstrating products to customers
- Manage customer accounts to ensure ongoing satisfaction and post-sales value
- Assist in the end-to-end customer onboarding and deployment process
- Gather field insights and customer feedback to share with Product and R&D teams
- Partner with Support teams to resolve customer issues quickly
Requirements
- Proven track record in value-based sales and territory management
- Experience in the beef industry or a deep passion for learning beef farm operations
- Ability to manage a large territory with a focus on both sales and customer success
- Strong problem-solving and collaborative skills
- Willingness to travel frequently within the Tararua region to meet farmers daily
- Must live within the Tararua region
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in upselling and growing long-term customer partnerships
- Ability to thrive under pressure and own individual results
