About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute sales strategies and meet ambitious growth targets within the designated territory
- Prospect for new leads through outreach, referrals, and industry events
- Manage the full sales pipeline from lead generation through to contract negotiation
- Maintain close relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and drive upselling opportunities
- Assist in the end-to-end customer onboarding and deployment process
- Gather field insights and customer feedback to share with Product and R&D teams
- Partner with Support teams to resolve customer issues quickly
Requirements
- Experience in value-based sales and account management
- Proven track record of closing deals and building long-term customer relationships
- Knowledge of beef industry operations or a deep passion to learn the sector rapidly
- Ability to manage a large territory with a focus on both sales and customer success
- Willingness to travel frequently within the territory to engage with customers
- Strong problem-solving and collaborative skills
