About the role

Responsibilities

  • Execute sales strategies and meet ambitious growth targets within the designated territory
  • Prospect for new leads through outreach, referrals, and industry events
  • Manage the full sales pipeline from lead generation through to contract negotiation
  • Maintain close relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and drive upselling opportunities
  • Assist in the end-to-end customer onboarding and deployment process
  • Gather field insights and customer feedback to share with Product and R&D teams
  • Partner with Support teams to resolve customer issues quickly

Requirements

  • Experience in value-based sales and account management
  • Proven track record of closing deals and building long-term customer relationships
  • Knowledge of beef industry operations or a deep passion to learn the sector rapidly
  • Ability to manage a large territory with a focus on both sales and customer success
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the territory to engage with customers
  • Strong problem-solving and collaborative skills
