Territory Manager

Responsibilities

• Prospect new business through outbound lead generation, attending cattle auctions, and engaging with livestock associations
• Execute in-field sales by meeting customers on ranches, in pastures, or at local community events
• Expand existing customer accounts by identifying opportunities to increase product adoption
• Manage sales pipelines and hit ambitious growth targets
• Provide customer account management and ensure smooth handoffs to onboarding teams
• Own the end-to-end customer onboarding and deployment experience
• Gather and advocate for field feedback to inform product development
• Collaborate with cross-functional support teams to resolve customer issues
• Attend industry events and participate in product demonstrations

Requirements

• Proven experience in ranching or cattle operations
• Strong background in sales and customer success
• Experience in territory management, ideally within agriculture or technology
• Ability to travel frequently within the designated territory
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Proactive, results-driven, and resourceful problem-solver

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with precision agriculture or virtual fencing technologies
• Background in agriculture technology (AgTech)
• Experience selling B2B SaaS solutions
