About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute sales strategies and manage the full sales pipeline from lead generation to close
- Meet high-growth sales targets through prospecting, qualifying, and negotiating contracts
- Manage customer accounts to ensure ongoing satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities
- Assist in the end-to-end customer onboarding and deployment process
- Gather field insights and customer feedback to share with Product and R&D teams
- Partner with Support teams to resolve customer issues quickly
- Build deep relationships with regional agricultural groups within the territory
Requirements
- Experience in value-based sales and customer success
- Proven track record of closing deals and building long-term partnerships
- Knowledge of beef industry operations or a deep passion to learn the sector rapidly
- Ability to manage a large territory using critical thinking and prioritization
- Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Willingness to travel frequently within the South Taranaki region
