About the role

Responsibilities

  • Execute sales strategies and manage the full sales pipeline from lead generation to close
  • Meet high-growth sales targets through prospecting, qualifying, and negotiating contracts
  • Manage customer accounts to ensure ongoing satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities
  • Assist in the end-to-end customer onboarding and deployment process
  • Gather field insights and customer feedback to share with Product and R&D teams
  • Partner with Support teams to resolve customer issues quickly
  • Build deep relationships with regional agricultural groups within the territory

Requirements

  • Experience in value-based sales and customer success
  • Proven track record of closing deals and building long-term partnerships
  • Knowledge of beef industry operations or a deep passion to learn the sector rapidly
  • Ability to manage a large territory using critical thinking and prioritization
  • Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the South Taranaki region
