Responsibilities

  • Execute sales strategies and manage the full sales pipeline from lead generation to close
  • Meet high-growth sales targets through prospecting, qualifying, and negotiating contracts
  • Manage customer accounts to ensure ongoing satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities
  • Assist in the end-to-end customer onboarding and deployment process
  • Act as the primary point of contact for gathering field insights and customer feedback
  • Collaborate with Product, Support, and R&D teams to drive product improvements
  • Build deep relationships with regional agricultural groups within the territory

Requirements

  • Proven experience in value-based sales and customer success
  • Experience in beef industry operations or a deep passion for learning the sector
  • Ability to manage a large territory with a balance of sales and account management
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the South Canterbury region
  • High level of ownership and ability to thrive under pressure
