Responsibilities
- Execute sales strategies and manage the full sales pipeline from lead generation to close
- Meet high-growth sales targets through prospecting, qualifying, and negotiating contracts
- Manage customer accounts to ensure ongoing satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities
- Assist in the end-to-end customer onboarding and deployment process
- Act as the primary point of contact for gathering field insights and customer feedback
- Collaborate with Product, Support, and R&D teams to drive product improvements
- Build deep relationships with regional agricultural groups within the territory
Requirements
- Proven experience in value-based sales and customer success
- Experience in beef industry operations or a deep passion for learning the sector
- Ability to manage a large territory with a balance of sales and account management
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Willingness to travel frequently within the South Canterbury region
- High level of ownership and ability to thrive under pressure
