Territory Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth and execute sales strategies within the Southern Arizona territory
• Prospect new business through outbound lead generation, local auctions, and livestock associations
• Conduct in-field sales by visiting ranches, pastures, and meeting customers in person
• Manage and expand existing customer accounts to increase product adoption
• Meet ambitious sales targets and manage the sales pipeline effectively
• Oversee customer onboarding and deployment to ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation
• Act as the primary point of contact for gathering field feedback to inform product development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Support, and Customer Onboarding
• Attend industry events and demonstrations to generate leads and deepen relationships

Requirements

• Proven experience in ranching or cattle operations
• Strong background in sales and customer success
• Experience in territory management, ideally within agriculture or technology
• Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Proactive problem-solving and collaborative mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with precision agriculture or virtual fencing technologies
• Background in agriculture technology (AgTech)
• Experience selling SaaS solutions in a B2B environment
