Responsibilities
- Conduct on-farm sales meetings to communicate functionality and value to prospects
- Prospect and build a pipeline of quality farms to reduce sales cycle times
- Manage newly sourced and inbound leads through screening and qualification
- Build and leverage industry relationships to maintain brand presence
- Collaborate with the Business Development Manager on monthly and quarterly revenue forecasting
- Participate in growth initiatives to optimize and evolve the sales process
Requirements
- Deep passion for helping farmers succeed
- Experience in farm systems or the agricultural sector
- Proven track record in new business growth and end-to-end sales cycles
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and autonomous environment
- Strong hunter mentality with a drive to exceed goals
