Responsibilities

  • Prospect new business through outbound lead generation, local auctions, and livestock associations
  • Execute in-field sales by meeting customers on ranches, in pastures, or at kitchen tables
  • Expand existing customer accounts by identifying opportunities to increase product value
  • Manage sales pipelines and hit high-growth sales targets
  • Maintain long-term customer relationships and ensure smooth handoffs to onboarding teams
  • Own the end-to-end customer experience during product deployment and onboarding
  • Gather and advocate for customer feedback to inform product development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional support teams to resolve customer issues
  • Attend industry events and demonstrations to generate leads and deepen relationships
  • Contribute to the evolution of the US sales strategy

Requirements

  • Proven experience in ranching or cattle operations
  • Strong background in sales and customer success
  • Experience in territory management, ideally within agriculture or technology
  • Ability to travel frequently within the Northern Arizona territory
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proactive problem-solving and collaborative mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with precision agriculture or virtual fencing technologies
  • Background in agriculture technology (AgTech)
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions in a B2B environment
