Territory Manager

Responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and manage the full sales pipeline from lead generation to close
• Meet high-growth sales targets through prospecting, qualifying, and negotiating contracts
• Manage customer accounts to ensure ongoing satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities
• Assist in the end-to-end customer onboarding and deployment process
• Act as the primary point of contact for gathering field insights and customer feedback
• Collaborate with Product, Support, and R&D teams to drive product improvements
• Build deep relationships with regional agricultural groups and the beef industry

Requirements

• Experience in value-based sales and territory management
• Proven track record in closing deals and building long-term customer relationships
• Knowledge of beef industry operations or a deep passion to learn the sector rapidly
• Ability to manage a large territory with a balance of sales and customer success
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Willingness to travel frequently within the New England East region
