About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute sales strategies and manage the full sales pipeline from lead generation to close
- Meet high-growth sales targets through prospecting, qualifying, and negotiating contracts
- Maintain close customer relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction and post-sales value
- Manage territory ownership by fostering relationships with regional agricultural groups
- Assist in customer onboarding and deployment of Halter products
- Gather field insights and customer feedback to share with Product and R&D teams
- Partner with Support teams to resolve customer issues quickly
Requirements
- Value-based sales experience with a history of closing deals and upselling
- Experience in the beef industry or a deep passion for learning farm operations
- Proven ability to manage a large territory with a focus on both sales and customer success
- Strong problem-solving and collaborative skills
- Willingness to travel frequently within the Western Downs region
