Territory Manager

Responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and manage the full sales pipeline from lead generation to close
• Meet high-growth sales targets through prospecting, qualifying, and negotiating contracts
• Manage customer accounts to ensure ongoing satisfaction and drive upselling opportunities
• Assist in the end-to-end customer onboarding and deployment process
• Act as the primary point of contact for gathering field feedback to drive product innovation
• Partner with support teams to resolve customer issues quickly
• Foster deep relationships with regional agricultural groups within the territory

Requirements

• Experience in value-based sales and closing deals
• Proven track record in customer success and account management
• Knowledge of beef industry operations or a deep passion to learn the sector rapidly
• Ability to manage a large territory with a focus on both sales and customer success
• Strong problem-solving and collaborative skills
• Willingness to travel frequently within the New England West region
