Responsibilities
- Drive new business growth and execute sales strategies within the North West Colorado territory
- Prospect new business through outbound lead generation, attending cattle auctions, and local association meetups
- Manage in-field sales by engaging with customers on ranches, in pastures, or at kitchen tables
- Expand existing customer accounts through upselling and relationship management
- Own the end-to-end customer experience, including onboarding and deployment of Halter products
- Act as the primary point of contact for gathering field feedback to inform product development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and optimize US sales strategy
- Attend industry events like CattleCon to generate leads and deepen relationships
Requirements
- Proven experience in ranching or cattle operations
- Strong background in sales and customer success, specifically in negotiating value-based conversations
- Experience managing large territories with a focus on both sales and customer satisfaction
- Ability to travel frequently within the designated territory
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proactive and results-driven attitude
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with precision agriculture or virtual fencing technologies
- Background in customer-facing roles within agricultural technology
- Experience selling SaaS solutions in a B2B environment
