Responsibilities

  • Drive new business growth and execute sales strategies within the North West Colorado territory
  • Prospect new business through outbound lead generation, attending cattle auctions, and local association meetups
  • Manage in-field sales by engaging with customers on ranches, in pastures, or at kitchen tables
  • Expand existing customer accounts through upselling and relationship management
  • Own the end-to-end customer experience, including onboarding and deployment of Halter products
  • Act as the primary point of contact for gathering field feedback to inform product development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and optimize US sales strategy
  • Attend industry events like CattleCon to generate leads and deepen relationships

Requirements

  • Proven experience in ranching or cattle operations
  • Strong background in sales and customer success, specifically in negotiating value-based conversations
  • Experience managing large territories with a focus on both sales and customer satisfaction
  • Ability to travel frequently within the designated territory
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive and results-driven attitude

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with precision agriculture or virtual fencing technologies
  • Background in customer-facing roles within agricultural technology
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions in a B2B environment
