Responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and manage the full sales pipeline from lead generation to close
• Prospect for new leads through outreach, referrals, and industry events
• Meet high-growth sales targets by qualifying and demonstrating products to customers
• Manage customer accounts to ensure ongoing satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities
• Assist with customer onboarding and deployment to ensure smooth implementation
• Gather field insights and customer feedback to share with Product and R&D teams
• Partner with Support teams to resolve customer issues quickly
• Manage a large territory with a focus on both sales and customer success

Requirements

• Value-based sales experience with a history of closing deals
• Experience in customer success and post-sales relationship building
• Knowledge of beef industry operations or a deep passion to learn the sector rapidly
• Ability to manage a large territory and make strategic trade-offs
• Strong problem-solving and collaborative skills
• Willingness to travel frequently within the designated territory
