Responsibilities

• Prospect new business through outbound lead generation, local cattle auctions, and livestock associations
• Conduct in-field sales by visiting ranches and engaging with potential customers in their environment
• Expand existing customer accounts by identifying opportunities to increase product usage
• Manage sales pipelines and hit ambitious growth targets
• Maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and support
• Oversee the end-to-end customer onboarding and deployment experience
• Gather and advocate for field feedback to inform product development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues
• Attend industry events and demonstrations to generate leads

Requirements

• Proven experience in ranching or cattle operations
• Strong background in sales and customer success
• Experience in territory management, ideally within agriculture or technology
• Ability to travel frequently within the designated territory
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Driven, proactive, and adaptable attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with precision agriculture or virtual fencing technologies
• Background in agriculture technology (AgTech)
• Experience selling SaaS solutions in a B2B environment
